Description
The Software Engineering Manager will lead onboarding and optimization of stable-stack training and inference solutions on TPU NPIs, set technical direction, architect customer-facing frameworks, and manage engineers across multiple teams and locations. The role also involves preparing large reference models, collaborating with ML research and performance teams, and supporting customer workload onboarding and optimization. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of software development experience, 5 years leading ML design and optimizing ML infrastructure, 2 years with advanced training and inference techniques, and 2 years in people management or team leadership.
