Description
Google is hiring a Software Engineering Manager to lead the TPU Platform Enablement and Silicon Validation team. The role manages engineers across multiple teams and locations, defines technical roadmaps, oversees large-scale chip and hardware validation projects, and leads development of test frameworks, simulation and modeling tools, embedded firmware, and coverage-analysis methodologies. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, extensive C and C++ software development experience, embedded systems and operating-system experience, technical and people-management experience, and test-design experience. Compensation is $207,000–$300,000 USD plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
