It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of software development experience, 5 years leading ML design and optimizing ML infrastructure, 5 years in a relevant ML specialization, 3 years of technical leadership, and 2 years of people or team leadership. The position offers $207,000–$300,000 USD plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
