Innoflight is hiring a Software Engineering Manager to lead embedded software and cryptographic engineers developing secure satellite avionics, communications, and payload-processing systems. The role combines technical leadership with people management, overseeing software architecture, development, integration, verification, security, and delivery for embedded Linux and RTOS-based aerospace products. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, at least 10 years of embedded software engineering experience, at least 5 years leading software engineering teams, strong C/C++ or Rust skills, and an active U.S. security clearance at Secret level or higher. The position offers a starting base salary of $155,000 to $190,000 per year, plus bonuses and benefits, and is marked onsite.
