Description
Mashgin is hiring an Engineering Manager to own the direction, delivery, quality, and production ownership of a core product area from idea through ship. The role will hire and grow a small engineering team, design and review code across the stack, translate product goals into technical plans, work with hardware, software, and design teams on IoT kiosks, mentor engineers, and carry on-call responsibility. The position requires at least 8 years of production software experience, 3+ years managing engineers, a B.S. or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience, and strong knowledge of languages such as Python, Node.js, C++, Go, or Java. The role is based in Palo Alto, California, with an annual market range of $200,000–$280,000 USD.
