Mozn is hiring a Software Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a team building and scaling Focal, an Enterprise AI product. The role oversees software design, development, maintenance, architecture, code quality, testing, hiring, resource allocation, impediment removal, and software development processes. Candidates should have a computer science-related BS/MS degree, 10 years of software engineering experience preferably with SaaS or large-scale distributed applications, team leadership experience, programming experience across multiple languages, distributed systems and system design expertise, SQL and NoSQL database knowledge, and familiarity with Scrum.
