Marathon Petroleum Company LP is hiring a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team of front-end, backend, and full-stack software engineers. The role manages team operations, recruitment, performance, staffing, budgets, IT projects, software delivery, security, reliability, architecture, roadmaps, and stakeholder communication. It requires a bachelor's degree in a computer-related field, at least 10 years of diversified IT experience, and at least three years of leadership experience, with additional cloud, API, DevSecOps, and Oil & Gas experience preferred. The primary Houston location is in the Dallas area, with additional locations in Denver, Findlay, and San Antonio.
