Description
The Software Engineering Manager will lead the design, development, and deployment of customer-facing digital products and drive technical digital transformation in Jupiter, Florida. The role serves as a software development subject matter expert, leads and mentors engineering teams through the SDLC, establishes development standards, collaborates with IT, product management, and engineering, applies AI/ML techniques, optimizes AWS cloud infrastructure, and supports modeling and simulation initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical field, at least 8 years of progressive software engineering experience, and at least 3 years in a management or technical leadership role.
