State Street is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams responsible for advancing their high-throughput custody platform. This role involves solving complex challenges in high-volume, mainframe-centric environments, influencing technology direction for mainframe modernization and platform architecture, and driving design for mainframe and hybrid architectures. The manager will own end-to-end delivery for critical platform capabilities, drive platform modernization, and collaborate with product and operations teams.
