Takeda is hiring a full-time ServiceNow ITOM Senior Engineer in Bangalore to design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITOM applications and services. The role focuses on IT Operations Management modules such as Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, Cloud Management, and Orchestration, including integrations with monitoring and job-monitoring tools, CMDB optimization, alert correlation, AIOps automation, and support for IT operations teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least six years of ServiceNow solution development experience, three years of ITOM developer experience, relevant certifications, and strong scripting and API skills.
