Takeda is hiring a full-time ServiceNow Discovery Senior Engineer in Bengaluru to lead the implementation, configuration, optimization, and governance of ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping. The role focuses on accurate CMDB population, IT asset and service discovery, MID Server and probe management, custom scripting, cloud and hybrid infrastructure discovery, Service Graph Connector integrations, troubleshooting, documentation, and team leadership. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong ServiceNow ITOM and scripting skills, relevant certifications, and experience with cloud, Terraform, and other ITOM data sources.
