Description
Toast is hiring a Software Engineering Manager to lead its Partner Connect team, which owns the frameworks and architecture for integrating partners and customers with Toast’s APIs and data. The manager will guide technical vision and execution, develop and mentor engineers, partner with product and architecture, establish engineering operating mechanisms, and help build scalable, reliable integration platforms. The role requires SaaS software experience, team leadership, customer empathy, process-driven engineering leadership, and the ability to translate strategy into technical roadmaps.
