The role requires 5–10+ years of software development experience, including 3–10 years in leadership or management, a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or an equivalent field, and a track record of shipping production systems at scale. Preferred qualifications include AI-assisted development workflows, retail or transaction-critical systems experience, familiarity with Java, Node.js, TypeScript, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, and MongoDB, and experience leading distributed or multi-site teams.
