Description
Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is hiring a Software Engineering Manager to lead one or more product areas within ELERA, an AI-native development tooling and agentic platform. The role owns delivery, quality, technical risk, sprint execution, hiring, performance, compensation, career development, production support, and customer escalations, while maintaining technical fluency and partnering with Principal Engineers. Candidates need 5–10+ years of software development experience, including 3–10 years in leadership or management, a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or an equivalent field, and a track record of shipping production systems at scale. The role offers a base salary of $130,000–$200,000 plus a discretionary performance bonus and benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
