Tulip is hiring a Software Engineering Manager to own the technical architecture and delivery of its new agent-native app-building product. The role leads 3–5 engineers, establishes engineering standards, partners with infrastructure and other engineering teams, and collaborates with product, design, and customer-facing teams. It requires 7+ years of software engineering experience, 3+ years of people management experience, production AI-systems experience, and expertise with React, Node.js, MongoDB, and Postgres. The position is hybrid in Somerville, Massachusetts, with the team in the office at least three days per week, and offers a salary of $160,000–$220,000 per year.
