Description
Wrike is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional team of software engineers and deliver high-impact product and platform initiatives. The role owns projects from discovery and planning through execution, release, maintenance, and continuous improvement, while partnering with Product Management and Design, setting team goals and OKRs, making prioritization and trade-off decisions, and improving processes with AI and automation. The position requires at least five years of relevant engineering or technical leadership experience, three years of management experience, strong technical and communication skills, and a track record of coaching, performance management, and measurable delivery results. The role is part of a distributed engineering management community with hybrid work expectations depending on the employee’s location.
