Description
Yext is hiring an Engineering Manager for Team Recon, which owns the customer-facing intelligence layer of its Competitive Intelligence product area. The role leads software engineers, translates product priorities into technical plans, owns delivery and execution, guides architecture and technical tradeoffs, supports engineering quality and production incidents, recruits and onboards engineers, and promotes responsible AI-assisted development. The position is based in Yext’s Rosslyn, Virginia office and requires at least three days per week in the office.
