Zotec Partners is hiring a full-time Software Engineering Manager in Carmel, Indiana, to lead and mentor five developers and two test engineers. The role manages engineering operations, technical architecture, delivery and operational metrics, production incidents, cross-team dependencies, and the responsible use of AI-enabled development tools. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, at least five years of software development experience, and experience with Python, C#, .NET, Angular, TypeScript, and SQL or equivalent technologies; management experience and cloud-native or microservices experience are preferred.
