Description
AWS Identity and Access Management is hiring a Software Engineering Manager to lead software development for the IAM Control Plane team. The role owns architecture, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of complex distributed systems, including core storage fleet management components; reviews code and designs; improves processes and operations; and mentors, recruits, assesses, and guides team members. Candidates need at least five years of professional software development experience, five years of programming, five years leading design or architecture, and experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team lead. The position is based in Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of $168,100 to $227,400 annually.
