TheFork is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a distributed team of engineers responsible for social features of its B2C products. The role owns delivery execution, team processes, roadmap planning, large-scale initiatives, technology strategy, hiring, mentoring, performance reviews, and the use of AI to improve engineering work. The manager reports to the DXP Head of Engineering and requires experience leading 5+ people, including senior software engineers, in a distributed environment, along with strong system design, modern architecture, product, agile, and English-language skills. The position offers a permanent contract, flexible working arrangements, and a gross TTC annual salary range of 72,000 to 77,000 euros in Italy.
