Housecall Pro is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and develop a team of 4–8 software engineers, including senior individual contributors, while guiding technical execution, delivery, architecture, quality, and operational efficiency. The role partners with Product Managers, Designers, and technical leads; supports career development; and requires experience leading software engineering teams, delivering scalable web or mobile applications, using AI tools and automation, and applying agile project management. Compensation starts at $7,000 USD per month, and the posting includes a #LI-Remote tag.
