The Software Engineering Manager will lead engineers across multiple teams and locations, manage project goals and a large product budget, oversee international large-scale project deployments, and contribute to product strategy. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of software development experience, 3 years of technical leadership experience, 2 years of people or team leadership experience, and experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
