The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of software development experience, full-stack development experience, technical leadership experience, and people-management experience. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree or PhD in computer science or a related field, experience in a complex matrixed organization, and experience with machine learning and generative AI models.
