Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Software Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team building secure, scalable enterprise products powered by generative AI and large language models. The role combines people leadership, delivery ownership, technical direction, quality and security governance, and stakeholder alignment across AI platforms, model customization, React-based user experiences, AWS cloud, networking, and quality engineering. It is a hybrid position requiring an average of two days per week at an HPE office and requires an advanced degree in a relevant computer science or AI discipline, 15+ years of relevant industry experience, and 5+ years of people management experience.
