The role manages and mentors software engineers, coordinates globally distributed engineering efforts, drives the architecture and delivery of high-performance GUI applications for Electronic Design Automation tools, and collaborates with product, applications, and backend engineering teams. Candidates need an Electrical Engineering degree, at least five years of software engineering management experience, distributed-team leadership experience, 10+ years of EDA software development experience, and hands-on expertise with C++, Qt, Python, Tcl, and Java.
