Evernorth Health Services is hiring a Software Engineering Manager to lead approximately 20–25 employees and own end-to-end Production Support Operations for pharmacy platforms. The role covers incident and problem management, service reliability, operational governance, major incident response, KPI tracking, and technology transformation using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, AWS, observability, and AI-powered operational solutions. It also involves managing multi-vendor, global engineering teams and establishing teams across specialty products. The position is full-time, primarily based in Hyderabad, India, with a hybrid model of three work-from-office and two work-from-anywhere days per week.
