Description
Grab is hiring a Fulfilment Engineering Manager to lead a team of software engineers responsible for building and operating critical fulfilment capabilities. The role involves developing engineers, defining engineering roadmaps, managing dependencies and risks, establishing technical direction and architecture, improving system reliability and scalability, and partnering with Product, Data Science, Analytics, and Operations. The position requires at least eight years of software engineering experience, including production systems at scale, and at least two years managing software engineers, with hands-on experience in LLM and generative AI solutions. It follows a five-day in-office arrangement and reports to the Senior Software Engineering Manager.
