The role includes technical leadership, talent development, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and allocation of people and financial resources. It requires at least five years of software engineering experience or equivalent experience and two years of leadership experience, with Java, cloud-native development, Kafka, databases, Agile, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and AI-assisted development listed as desired qualifications. The position requires three days per week in the office.
