Wells Fargo is hiring a Software Engineering Manager to lead and develop individual contributor engineering teams, manage technology strategy and software development cycles, support application modernization and cloud readiness, and coordinate with architects, product teams, vendors, and service providers. The role requires at least five years of software engineering experience or equivalent experience and two years of leadership experience, with Java, cloud-native development, Kafka, databases, Agile, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and AI-assisted development listed as desired qualifications. The position requires three days per week in the office.
