Description
U.S. Bancorp India is hiring a senior engineering leadership role to own end-to-end delivery of technology solutions across multiple engineering teams, guide architecture and engineering practices, manage engineering leads, build and scale engineering teams in the GCC environment, and coordinate with product, architecture, design, and global engineering stakeholders. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 15 years of relevant software engineering experience, and at least 5 years leading engineering teams, with additional expertise in enterprise distributed systems, Spring Boot, React, CI/CD, and Agile practices.
