Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is hiring a Software Development Lead for the Radiant Mercury program at its Deer Creek Facility in Littleton, Colorado. The role leads approximately 10 direct reports, manages staffing and resources, oversees software development plans and processes, and guides software design, development, testing, documentation, and integration. The position requires at least eight years of direct software development experience, knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, familiarity with Linux, and a Security+ certification within six months. The work location is primarily on-site with limited remote work, and travel may be required.
