Everpure is hiring a Flashblade//EXA Platform Engineering Manager to lead and scale the engineering team responsible for the foundational architecture of its AI storage portfolio. The role owns Linux kernel, networking, and NVMe platform software, software releases, continuous integration, phased rollouts, production stability, and strategic vendor integrations. It requires technical leadership, systems-level expertise in storage or networking, knowledge of NVMe, NFS, and RoCE, full SDLC ownership, and C/C++ programming. The position is primarily in-office at Everpure’s Santa Clara, California office, with an annual base salary of $217,000 to $326,000 USD and possible incentive pay or equity.
