NVIDIA is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead its Robotics Neural Reconstruction & Real2Sim Applications team within the Isaac Engineering organization. The role manages and develops robotics software and applied research engineers, oversees 3D reconstruction, digital twin, simulation, and validation projects, and contributes hands-on algorithm design and deployment. The manager will collaborate with research, product, hardware, and software teams and support innovation through prototypes, open-source contributions, patents, and publications. The posting requires a PhD or master's degree in a relevant field, at least 8 years of robotics and deep learning experience, and 3+ years of technical leadership experience, with Python, C++, deep learning frameworks, and robotics simulation expertise. The base salary range is 224,000 USD to 356,500 USD for Level 3 and 272,000 USD to 431,250 USD for Level 4, with equity and benefits; applications were accepted until September 7, 2026.
