Thought Machine is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead complex technical projects and a group of engineers within its cross-functional security team. The role owns the security engineering roadmap, participates in technical design and product strategy, develops engineers, and performs code reviews and hands-on technical work. Candidates need at least two years of engineering management experience, a technical background, and experience with modern security stacks such as AWS or GCP, Kubernetes, Go, or Python.
