Description
Apple is seeking an experienced Security Engineering Manager to lead its Data Protection team, which designs and maintains on-device content encryption, passcode security, software attestation, key management, boot security, and related technologies across hardware, kernel, and userland software. The manager will define security solutions, collaborate with Silicon, Software, and Product teams, establish software assurance practices, improve developer experience, anticipate threats, build recovery mechanisms, and guide team members. The role requires at least five years leading security or software teams, a track record of shipping customer-facing security technologies, and strong coaching and cross-functional partnership skills.
