The role manages and grows automation and test teams, creates quality test plans, prioritizes work, guides testers, tracks progress, escalates issues, and reports results to management and executives. It requires strong English and Japanese communication, leadership, testing and software engineering knowledge, adaptability, and at least five years of QA or software engineering experience.
