Description

SentinelOne is hiring a Software Engineering Manager - Test Platform to lead its SaaS Test Platform Service team and establish quality strategy, operational objectives, and test frameworks for SentinelOne SaaS services on the Singularity platform. The role manages and develops automation and software engineers, partners with engineering, product, and other leadership, promotes adoption of automated testing and cloud validation across AWS and GCP, and drives continuous improvement of testing processes and platform health. The position offers a starting salary of 5,000 EUR per month, equity and bonus benefits, and hybrid work in Prague, Brno, or remote work in the Czech Republic or Slovakia.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Years of experience as an individual contributor in software quality assurance, validation engineering, or test automation
Experience managing or leading a team of five or more engineers
Experience designing or scaling an internal developer platform or paved-road testing model
Experience setting quality engineering strategy, budgets, and work plans
Experience coaching and developing engineers
Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing or leading a team
Technical and architecture-level expertise in test frameworks and quality engineering
Proficiency with Python, TypeScript, Docker, AWS, and GCP
Knowledge of the full test pyramid and testing methodologies
Business acumen and strategic goal-setting
