Description
M&S is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams responsible for workforce planning, labour management, task allocation, and scheduling platforms. The role combines people leadership with hands-on technical expertise in Azure microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture, enterprise integration, cloud-native applications, and service ownership. The manager will build and mentor teams, drive delivery, define technical roadmaps, integrate with Blue Yonder and other SaaS platforms, and improve reliability through observability, DevOps, and service ownership.
