Lockheed Martin Space is hiring a Testbed & Simulation Program Manager to lead the National Security Space and Strategic Missile Defense programs within the Testbed & Simulation Software Talent Center. Reporting to the Senior Software Engineering Manager, the role manages up to 40 software, electrical, and project engineers, including first-line managers, and handles project leadership, BoE development, workforce management, staffing, risk identification, technical and project coordination, and team development. The position requires prior L-Code/manager experience, Agile and full software development lifecycle experience, and strong leadership and communication skills; it is full-time with a stated salary range of $166,900 to $309,900 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
