Description
The Software Manager will lead software development activities for Lockheed Martin’s Long Range Hypersonic Weapon program, coordinating subordinate recruitment, selection, training, performance, assignments, compensation, and disciplinary matters. The role oversees software design, development, documentation, testing, standards, and the full development life cycle while working with developers, test engineers, system engineers, program management, quality assurance, and customer representatives. Candidates need a software engineering background, leadership experience, Agile and Waterfall process knowledge, and a Final Secret Clearance; US citizenship is required.
