Lockheed Martin is hiring a Software Engineering Manager for the F-35 Pilot Systems Software team. The role manages software development for the Multi-function Display and Helmet Mounted Display, leads design and transition to a new architecture, supports software integration and flight testing, and manages, mentors, and develops technical staff. The position requires a bachelor's degree, real-time embedded software development experience, complex systems management experience, and Agile leadership experience; a master's degree and additional F-35, C++, Eclipse, Jira, and flight software qualification experience are desired. The full-time salary range is $148,300 to $275,500, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, and other benefits.
