Tecknoworks is hiring a Software Engineering Practice Lead to combine people leadership, technical expertise, and client-facing influence. The role owns the practice’s technical standards, architecture, engineering governance, scalability, and innovation; leads and develops engineering teams and Squad Leads; and supports strategic client engagements, presales, solution design, and delivery assumptions. The position requires experience leading engineering teams of 8–10 or more people, people management, software engineering and solution architecture, and consulting or technology-services client engagement.
