Description
Lockheed Martin Space is hiring a Software Engineering Project Manager to serve as Deputy Lead for an Integrated Product Team. The role oversees flight software development, integration, and verification; manages the IPT-wide schedule, cost baseline, performance targets, earned-value forecasts, and corrective actions; coordinates with Systems, Test, Hardware, and Mission-Level IPTs; supports staffing and demand planning; and conducts trade studies, risk analyses, and mitigation planning. The position requires flight or embedded software experience, product ownership or software leadership experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, Agile program experience, and a Top Secret clearance. The full-time salary range is $118,000 to $219,100, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
