Evernorth is seeking an Associate Principal AI/Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions. The role involves building and optimizing large language model and RAG systems, developing scalable ML pipelines with Databricks, MLflow, and cloud-native tools, integrating AI capabilities into applications, and improving model performance through experimentation. The position requires 14 to 18 years of development experience, strong Python and AI/ML library proficiency, experience with LLMs and cloud-based ML platforms, and familiarity with data preprocessing and feature engineering.
