Description
Evernorth Health Services India is hiring a Software Engineering Senior Manager to lead engineering for a mission-critical PBM Contact Center platform. The role manages multiple Scrum teams across onshore, offshore, and vendor models; owns end-to-end delivery, architecture, production stability, reliability, and technical direction; and drives AI/GenAI adoption for agent productivity and workflow automation. The position requires 12–15+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years leading engineering teams, along with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, distributed systems, microservices, APIs, cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD.
