Akeyless Security is hiring a hybrid Software Engineering Team Lead to guide backend and frontend engineers through implementation, delivery, iteration, and the development of scalable systems. The role includes team leadership and mentorship, design and code reviews, translating product requirements into technical solutions, refactoring, and overseeing reliability, monitoring, performance optimization, and incident response. Candidates need at least two years of leadership experience, eight or more years of software engineering experience, strong scalable architecture and system design skills, and a B.Sc. in computer science or equivalent; Go, frontend, microservices, distributed systems, cloud, and cybersecurity experience are preferred.
