Description
Bosch is seeking a Software Engineering Team Leader to manage and technically lead a software development team focused on vehicle communication gateway modules. The role coordinates development activities across North America and offshore locations, manages resources and embedded software technologies, supports CI/CD and autonomous and connected vehicle platforms, evaluates team performance and development frameworks, and collaborates with global non-software disciplines. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 8 years of embedded control module software engineering experience, 5 years of project management experience, extensive configuration and change management experience, knowledge of diagnostic communication protocols and software development standards, and strong English communication skills.
