Description
The Software Engineering Team Lead will lead Systems and Software Engineers in the Enterprise Systems Group, delivering customized Epicor and external utility solutions, managing development queues, providing client support and training, mentoring team members, improving engineering processes, and supporting hiring and performance activities. The role requires C# or VB.NET, SQL Server or Progress database, Crystal Reports, and SSRS skills, along with at least four years of Microsoft .NET programming experience; Epicor experience is a plus. The position is full time, requires minimal travel, and offers a salary of 115,000–135,000.
