Description
MetalBear is hiring a hands-on engineering leader to lead its Cloud Integrations Team, which owns features for automatically managing users’ cloud services such as message brokers, databases, and Kubernetes resources. The role involves designing and maintaining cloud integration features, contributing directly to the Rust, C++, or C codebase, setting technical direction, driving AI use, managing the roadmap, hiring and mentoring engineers, and partnering with Product, Solution Engineering, and users. The position requires at least one year of engineering-team leadership experience, at least four years of production-grade coding experience, and strong knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native environments.
