Mozn is hiring a Software Engineering Team Lead to lead the team responsible for maintaining and enhancing transaction monitoring modules used in financial crime prevention. The role combines engineering leadership, team strategy, mentoring and hiring, roadmap and stakeholder management, scalable service development, codebase health, and architectural evolution. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, at least five years of software engineering experience including leadership or mentoring, and strong expertise in Domain-Driven Design, microservices, software architecture, design patterns, and principles.
